1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the forensic explorer ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End-User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Qubit LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal security auditing and forensic purposes.

3. Forensic Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the software for unauthorized access or illegal activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software binary.
  • Redistribute the license keys or binary without a Consultant License.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR FORENSIC PURPOSE.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEVATE CONSULTING PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS AUDIT TOOL.
